LEGACY DESIGN | The Problem

  • The brand’s email aesthetics didn’t match their Visual ID or the U.S. Store’s look

  • There was no design system in place

  • They needed an updated email suite that was in line with the vintage-inspired VisID, and incorporated a hint of the store’s sleek, modern look

  • Email template designs needed to accommodate product auto-population, which occurs frequently in their emails

NEW DESIGN | The Solution

  • I created a suite that was in line with the VisID, with a nod to the store’s look

  • I built an email design system, comprised of components, that laid the foundation for a holistic email suite which would ensure uniformity across templates and ease of bulk editing

  • I accounted for dark mode and accessibility more thoroughly than the legacy suite had
