Design System | HP U.S. Store Email

Foundations

The HP U.S. Store email design system was designed to bring structural clarity, consistency, and efficiency to a high-volume, product-driven CRM stream.

The visual ID for the brand was already established. I worked within the VisID’s framework to create a system for email specifically, focused on modularity, scalability, and brand alignment. It includes:

  • A grid-based module system for predictable and consistent rendering across breakpoints

  • A simplified color framework consistent with the VisID

  • Modules that accommodate external product auto-population

In Action

This system was built to meet the demands of a fast-paced eCommerce environment, where design fidelity and speed of execution were critical.

Templates were designed to work across automated, dynamic, and editorial campaigns to support seamless integration with development and CRM ops.

  • Components adhere to a consistent grid

  • Design integrity holds across fully responsive templates

  • Typography and spacing systems ensure readability across screen sizes, and CTAs are tokenized for quick updates
